Psychological safety in boardrooms

Psychological safety in boardrooms

In collaboration with DI, Fremtidens Bestyrelser, and BETRUST, we invite you to an afternoon where we delve into the topic of psychological safety.

What is psychological safety, why is it important, and why does it make sense to address it in the boardroom?

Psychological safety is the trust that we won’t be punished or ridiculed for sharing ideas, reporting mistakes, or asking questions. Psychological safety starts in the boardroom, which should act as role models and take responsibility for the culture, inclusion, and well-being. Boards that demonstrate courage, ask curious questions, and learn from their mistakes contribute to building a culture where employees are not afraid to step out of line, and important knowledge is reported.

There will also be an opportunity to play BETRUST’s new reflection game, ‘The Invisible Threshold’.
