Vision and strategy workshop on 23 May at 16:30 – 19:00

Did you ever struggle with the task of defining a common vision and strategy for your company, or coming up with new ideas of how to run that annual strategy process?

Join us for an inspirational workshop at design agency EY Doberman and learn how you can quickly reach alignment and co-create a common vision and strategy.  Easy-to-use design methods will be applied and you will be guided through the process in an engaging and interactive way. You will also experience and get “hands on” tools for how you can run and facilitate your own vision and strategy workshop with your board or team.

Our aim is to inspire you and provide new ways of getting the most out of each team member and everyone’s know how.
