Olga is a global executive with multi-billion P&L leadership and Group Management experience across Electrolux, Whirlpool, SABMiller and Nestlé. She worked in Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia, and lived in 7 countries.
Her background combines FMCG commercial and brand leadership with the operational, product and cost discipline of durables manufacturing. Much of her work has centred on transformations - bringing strategic clarity and execution discipline through a structured and repeatable strategy-to-execution playbook.
Alongside her executive career, Olga is a Board Director with NASDAQ-listed board experience and as Co-Chair of the Nomination & Compensation Committee. She is on the Executive Committee of the INSEAD Women in Business global club, and a guest speaker at Bocconi University and Stockholm School of Economics.
