Anette Holm is an experienced executive leader, board chair, and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of international leadership experience and 10 years of board experience as both chair and board member.

She has held senior executive roles across Food & Beverage, Ingredients, FMCG, Medico, Telecom, and Manufacturing, with a strong track record of delivering double-digit growth across industries, countries, and business models. Her career includes more than two decades of international responsibility across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, leading organizations with more than 30 nationalities and managing P&L responsibility exceeding EUR 200 million.

Today, Anette is a strategic advisor, professional chair, and non-executive board member. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at Eftertid A/S and Eftertid Holding, Chair of the Board at Inventum Holding, board member at Vest Administrationen A/S, Chair for SelectionF Denmark and member of Fremtidens Bestyrelser at Dansk Industri. She has also chaired Arla Foods’ boards in Spain, Greece, and Norway and held additional board roles in Denmark and Switzerland.

Anette is particularly recognised for her ability to combine strategic direction with commercial execution. Her core expertise includes growth strategy, international G2M strategies, innovation, branding, AI and digitalization, organizational development, and full value-chain transformation. She brings a holistic and customer-centric perspective to the boardroom, with a strong focus on creating value for customers, employees, and shareholders.

Anette holds a Master/MBA in Marketing from Aarhus Business School and has completed executive education at INSEAD, London Business School, and Harvard Business School. Most recently, she has completed INSEAD’s Executive Board Program as well as an AI Diploma and INSEAD Masterclass in Strategic Applications of AI.

As Chair for SelectionF in Denmark, Anette contributes with deep executive experience, international board insight, and a strong commitment to advancing more women into senior leadership and board positions.
