Identifying relevant acquisitions or getting ready for exit – how to prepare? — and what should you be particularly aware of as an owner, executive, or board member?

Join us for an inspiring afternoon with Pia Lykke Mathiasen, Partner at DLA Piper, who has spent more than 10 years advising on mergers, acquisitions, and investments across industries and borders.

Following the keynote, we will dive deeper into the topic with an expert panel featuring:

• Hanne Jessen Krarup has experience as an M&A lawyer from Kromann Reumert and Bech-Bruun and holds a master’s degree in leadership and organizational psychology. She advises, among other things, on sale preparation and the integration of merged companies.

• Trine Hasselbalch is a partner at DLA Piper with 25 years of experience. She advises both Danish and international clients, particularly in connection with the transfer of all or parts of distressed enterprises (distressed M&A) and the restructuring of businesses. Trine has the right of audience before the Danish High Courts. She heads DLA Piper Denmark’s Agriculture and Food sector team and is a member of DLA Piper’s global Hospitality & Leisure sector team.

• Helle Sofie Kaspersen has extensive experience from top-level positions in strategy and business development, sustainability/ESG, M&A, owner-manager succession, board, leadership and organizational development, legal matters, and more.
  At executive and board level, Helle has worked on the development of both large and smaller companies and has been involved in several acquisitions and sales of SMEs—often as part of generational transitions.
